Hello, Anaheim

Anthony Rendon made a splash Tuesday night at his new home ballpark. Playing his first game as an Angel in Anaheim, the former Nat homered, walked twice and scored a pair of runs in a 10-2 win over the Mariners.
Coming off a winter when his place on the free agent market was overshadowed by Gerrit Cole, Rendon's seven year, $245 million deal didn't generate as many headlines. But his potential impact could be huge for Mike Trout, Shohei Ohtani and company as they try to close the gap separating from AL West powers Houston and Oakland.
