It happened once to me..paid for parking, got in the stadium, waited, then called. And of course no parking refund, and just sat around for a long time till they called it. I said all day, based on listening to the weather, they should just call last night’s game know it would be nice today. Why wait when u know the inevitable. IMHO

It happened to me at least once, but there was no huge financial loss to tick me off.

I am not a meteorologist, but the future radar was looking bad for most of the day. They could have called the game before 2 or 3 as far as I’m concerned because the best they could have hoped for was a 9:30 start by the time everything was ready. They were more concerned about sticking to the “schedule”.

There were too many built-in off days during the series to reduce the number of games on the same day. Unfortunately, the TV money is in control.

No lasting dent on MLB’s image - They’ve been doing this in one way or another for decades. Baseball survives despite their efforts to kill it for money and dumb rule changes.

2015 has been a renaissance season for Albert Pujols. Leading the majors with 29 homers, the 10-time All Star has passed some pretty imposing names on the all time power list during 2015. Hall of Fame names such as Mike Schmidt, Mickey Mantle, Jimmie Fox, Willie McCovey, Frank Thomas and Ted Williams. This blast came against the Yankees back on June 14th and brought on this round of high-fives once he returned to the Angels dugout.

  Hit the rewind button and browse through a souvenir collection of a lost Yankees season that marked the end of an era. Sure, there were plenty of familiar faces: below Mickey Mantle, Tom Tresh and Roger Maris smile for the cameras in spring training.  Full of optimism and not ready to believe that 15 year dynasty was over.  But it is was.
